Common questions
What does the property pay upfront?
In a community charging partnership the equipment, installation, and software are funded by AIS. Commercial terms including revenue share, electricity treatment, tariffs, and payment timing are set out explicitly in the proposal.
Which chargers work with CMPS?
CMPS supports OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 chargers. Integrations are confirmed against the specific charger model, firmware, payment gateway, and deployment requirements before go-live.
How do drivers pay?
Drivers scan a QR code at the charger, pay through a secure payment-gateway handoff configured for the Caribbean or US market, and receive an automated session receipt.
I have a problem with a charger right now.
Use the support form and include the site, charger ID, and what happened. No account is needed.
